Supported Employment Skills Boot Camp

We are preparing to launch a new 11-week training course from April 2026.
This course will train your existing staff to become Support Champions for disabilities in the workplace.

Participants will learn to:
• Recognise and support disabilities and additional needs.
• Understand learning disabilities and Supported Employment principles.
• Apply job coaching techniques to help employees thrive.
• Access funding and inclusion support available to employers.

The course is funded through the Department for Education, with minimal cost to employers.
We need expressions of interest to secure approval for the launch.
